WARRANTY AND RETURNS

OUR 2 YEAR GUARANTEE
ProScope guarantees your product from defects in materials and workmanship for 2 years, except products that have been subject to abuse, misuse, physically damaged, altered, or had unauthorized repairs or modifications. This warranty does not cover defects due to normal wear and tear and other conditions.

Note: Not all options will be available for all items.

RETURNS POLICY
Please contact our customer service at 800-441-6877 to obtain your Return Authorization Number (RA#). Please understand that we can not accept returns that have not been authorized.

If applicable we will email you a return mailing label to ship back to us.

PREPARE AND SHIP YOUR RETURN

  • Print the Return Mailing Label.
  • Prepare your package for return.
  • Pack your item securely, inserting any paperwork that was included when you requested your return from Customer Service.

Please ship as follows:

  • Unopened packaging – Affix the return label onto the package and ship by .
  • Opened, have original packaging – Carefully repack the package and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper.
  • If you don’t have the original product packaging, use a sturdy box and include padding such as packing bubbles or newspaper.
  • Attach your return label to the package.

Once we receive the return:
If applicable we will inspect and possibly test the return to verify that it is covered under our warranty and has not been subject to abuse, misuse, physically damaged, altered, or had unauthorized repairs or modifications.

We will notify you is there is any potential problem with the returned product.

RESTOCKING FEES / SHIPPING RESPONSIBILITY
A restocking fee is a percentage of the item’s price, depending on the type of item and the condition in which it is returned.

NOTE: If the reason for a return is not a result of an ProScope error, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund unless your item qualifies for a free return.

REPLACE / REPAIR
ProScope shall use reasonable efforts to repair or replace any product covered by this warranty within thirty days of receipt. In the event repair or replacement shall require more than thirty days, we will notify you accordingly. ProScope reserves the right to replace any product that has been discontinued from its product line with a new product of comparable value and function.

ProScope reserves the right to modify or discontinue, without prior notice to you, any model or style of your product.

This warranty is valid to U.S.A. customers who have purchased this product from ProScope or an authorized ProScope dealer in the U.S.A.
Please contact the reseller you purchased the item from or the territory distributor.
